GlowPack Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your GlowPack order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at glowpacksupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened skincare tools, used makeup sponges, or any item marked as final sale.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
